Wrong specifications on holding tanks

I purchased a 2010 Jayco 321RLMS new. As my holding tanks both Gray water and Black seemed to be filling up much too soon I had them checked out. The specifications for this unit lists both tanks as 52 gal capacity each. I was told that 31 gal capacity tanks had been installed at the factory, and there was no room to install larger capacity tanks.
Had I known that the tanks were only 31 gal capacity I would not have purchased this unit. A check of the 2011 Specs for the same model still shows that the unit should have two 52 gal waste tanks.
