Paid for central air install. Salesman was pleasant. Once Sears cashed our check everything went down hill. Salesman never answered calls or e-mails, maybe he quit, Install took weeks just to schedule and then the installers took twice as long to finish job as we were told it would take. Several days installers just did not show, other days the came for a few and then would leave to work on another job. Finally the people Sears hired did finish. Except for a couple minor glitches that i have been trying to get them back out for, the unit luckily works. I have been calling the Boston office as well as a few Sears 800 #'s for 3 weeks to get a copy of my dales agrement and the info on the warranty they sold us, with no response back. Wr are completly ignored by all in the co. I've never posted about any kind of review before, but if I can warn one person about Sears complete lack of service and fraudulent acts then that will be one less person to be ripped off and ignored by this company that has apparently lost
