When we purchased this package we were told we had two years to schedule. I recieved calls all summer telling me I had to schedule with a year. One person offered to look up and listen to the taped phone call and get back to me in "about two weeks" That was a month ago and I have not heard back. At the time of purchase the sales rep, Robert Urbanski, Was told we had a dog weighing 140 pounds and would be bring her with us. He checked and we were told "no problem, the hotel is pet friendly'. I just called to schedule a date for December and was told the weight limit on dogs os 40 pounds. I could not get a refund and now am unable to use this package.
