Hello,
On 15 of June I paid $450 for 2 adults for a 5 nights vacation package thorough www.international-destinations.com. (i received this promo at the hotel that I worked) I spoke to one of their sales person (Sammy Hill - extension 308 at phone# 877-5337050) 2 days go in order to set up this vacation for me and my husband for 21december to 26 of december in Cancun at NH Kristal Hotel. At that moment I asked the sales person if there are rooms for Christmas time and if there are any other fee and he confirm that I can have an ocean view room in this hotel from 21 of December to 26 of December. All this being told i got my Confirmation number 9581344. So finally he CONFIRM that I will have an Ocean view room at this hotel without any other fees. But today when I had to reconfirm my booking, the customer service manager (phone# 888-226-8902- ext 314) told me that I have to pay more then $550 other extra fees. Nobody told me when I purchased this vacation package that I should pay other $399 a full season fee and $250 a hotel fee. I want to refund my credit card as soon as possible, because I am not able to pay more then I was told at the beginning. Dint now about any fee. Of course I called back Mr Sammy Hill to ask about this extra fees and he told that he doesn`t` know anything about this fees. When I ask for a Sales Manger I was on hold for more than 1 hour and even I leave my phone number so he can contact me later on, nobody call me.

They ruin my Christmas vacation. Because the sales representative confirm that I have my room for the dates that I requested, I also bought air tickets for about $1000, so now they are responsible also for this. And also you are responsible for the fact that I had to schedule my vacation from my office according to their sales representative confirmation from 4 October.

Please be advice that if they are not going to refund my deposit amount $450 in next 15 days, I will contact a lower regarding their scamming activities and your unprofessional behavior. I already reported this company to the governmental authorities for customer protection.
