Ripoff for paid in advance vacation package for hotel and cruise

I purchased a vacation package on 11/24/03 in the amount of $495 with a required 90 minute sales presentation. My package included the following for my family of 5 adults and 1 child: 5days/4nights Orlando Getaway, 3/2 Daytona Getaway, 4/3 Bahamas Cruise & Stay, 2 theme park tickets, discount coupon book and a 12 month extension. I have until 11/24/05 to take my vacation but when I called to schedule, the phone is always busy.

I have tried to contact them for the past 4-5 months. I have tried to find contact information online but only found a complaint. I have tried to contact them my telephone, fax and by mail. I contacted the Better Business Bureau to find that there has been numerous unanswered complaints on the company. I purchased this vacation package on my Visa credit card. $495 is a lot of money to me and my family has worked hard for this vacation that we can obviously not take.

When Celebration Resort Hotels sent the Accommodation verification, it was for 4 adults and 0 children. I called them to inform them that at the time of purchase I was told that it would be for 5 adults and 1 child so they told me to make the changes on the Accommodation Verification and return it by fax to 407-822-4229 and the changes would be made. The contact telephone numbers on their letterhead are: Customer Care: 877-938-6822, Marketing: 877-256-8303, Fax: 407-822-4229. The Accommodation Verification has a telephone number for the Travel Solutions Dept., 407-822-5116 and a fax number, 407-822-4229.
