Www.scuba.com never delivered the product i pay for!

I ordered a product order # 8644728 from your company, and was told that they would be using FedEx services for delivery. FedEx delivered this item on 6/20 to someone who was not me.

I advised FedEx of this matter, called numerous times and they told me they will try to trace the package. Finally today they told me that the driver has miss deliver the package and I should contact you and file a claim.

Suba.com giving me the run around for the past 2 weeks!

I want my money! - 458$

Needless to say, I am extremely unhappy with this matter. For me to have to go through this unnecessary ordeal because someone else signed for this package makes me think this was not handled professionally.
