I had purchased a (make your own dna kit) test on the website i entered my credit card number the amount was deducted. I did not recive a recipt online are any thing all i had recived online was the amount taken an my damn billing address that they tried to make me pay 250.00 dollars on something i never even asked for i still havent recived the test results are any recipts everytime i call the custumer service line ill be on it for an hour then some picks up an then hangs up the vocie mail sounds home made an ugh its just agrivating.
