Horrible Customer Service: ANNA

I purchased the UFC Silva vs. Choennen and watched on Standard TV. Since I have an HD box I was charged the HD price. I have a great TV and did not need to watch this event on HD. So disappointed. Because of this, I will cancel my subscription (able to do so because of some channels are no longer available when I signed up). I will never EVER endorse nor use DirecTV in the future. An absolutely horrible company and terrible customer service. I spoke with Anna today and she was disgustingly rude. Enjoy making $13.50 and hour honey! I'm out!
