Purchased a SaunaGen Sauna through Spa Cover & Sauna Outlet in Rancho Cordova, CA for $2595 (2796.11 with tax) with the understanding that I'd be given a $1300 rebate after 36 months. Followed instructions exactly to the letter and sent all required documents via Certified Mail to United States Administrative Services Co, 18950 U S Highway 441 #102, Mt. Dora, Florida, 32757. Paperwork was "Returned to Sender" Attempted - Not Known, Unable to Forward. *1741-05094-02-34. Contacted the dealer where I purchased the sauna and they just gave me a number to call where they were referring calls but I got nowhere. So, I tried calling and tracking down how to get ahold of the business through other means but then started reading other emails that it was a scam. Seems everyone had the same experience and response as I did. Everything kept saying to contact the Attorney General which didn't get me any results either. I started looking at the paperwork again and wondered if anyone had made any progress to date tracking these people down and ran across this site so I'm hoping there is still a chance I can recover some of this because I really need the money.
