United States Administrative Services Rebate offer of $600 for sewing machine not fullfilled by company

I purchased $600.00 Husqvarna/Viking sewing machine from Country Stitches in East Lansing, MI, December 15. There was to be a 100% rebate up to $3000 at the end of a 35 month period.

Salesperson informed me of rebate promotion. Promotion required very specific actions to qualify for rebate. I met all requirements and have not received the rebate.

USAS received my rebate paperwork on November 19 according to the Certified Mail Receipt. A stamped name of Ronald K. Gooding is on the recept. The rebate check was to have arrived within six weeks after submitting. It has now been 13 weeks since sending the rebate request. My paperwork includes no telephone number for USAS.

USAS was appointed by Cashback America to administer the program.
