I bought a Rhino spray on bed lining for my pickup from a company that advertised along with the Cashback Promotions. I could have done the bed liner at a business close to my home but drove an hour to this place only because of their claim of a 100% refund of the purchase price if you still had your pick up three years after purchasing the bed liner.

After getting the Rhino lining I made copies of all the information and mailed it to the United States Administrative Services, Inc.By certified letter as instructed. I received the certified return receipt back in the mail.

When the 35 months were up, I made copies of all the information which they asked, along with the original claim form and mailed them to the US Administrative Services, Inc.By certified letter again.

I got my certified letter back marked "refused."
