Mislead, falsified information, dishonest, uncooperative, given the run around, unreliable

The United States Administrative Services agreement stated that we were to receive rebate of $1000 on our purchase of a Avalon Pellet Stove. This was in September. Of course there were some agreed to items. One was that we wait 35 months and the others were to send them 6 items. This we did. I have copies of all the paper work.

In October I called Cashback America Inc. Of Orlando, Florida at 407-658-8404. The person I spoke with told me that The United States Administrative Services was behind in processing rebates and if I had not heard from them by the first part of January to call her back. When I called the same number later in January I received a recorded message that the number had been disconnected.

I followed all the directions on the rebate form and all verbal instructions and have been unable to contact any one and have not received any further communications from them.

I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau and AARP in an effort to either collect my rebate or have them find this fraudulent company and shut them down.
