Saw infommercial on TV in May, order the Food Lovers... Was barraged to take orders for all the other things they have like website, vitamins, etc. Etc. Etc. Then they throw stuff at you like cancel in so many days... Cancel this in so many days blah blah blah... Was charged $41.98 for initial $19.99 plus $19.99 shipping, then 5 more payments of $19.99. Never received the pills that I was supposed to get... But was JUST charged TODAY for $29.90 for the pills they JUST SHIPPED... I forgot all about them... I was also charged $64.87 for their website usage and I never used it, didn't have any instructions at all about it with the Food Lovers Box delivery so I never EVER went on it... Didnt'remember anything about it because an entire month went by... I noticed the bogus charge today and then went back and discovered this website charge for $64.87 too! Called customer service at 800-366-3587 and the guy Branden told me what the charges were for and acted like he didn't give two hoots about the charges... He said that i should have called within 14 days to cancel. I said to him that he is not a very good customer service rep and he said he's just telling me what the charges were for and was not about the refund me ANYTHING... That it was my fault for not canceling... My blood was BOILING. WHAT HAPPENED TO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? Companies are so sweet and kind when they try to convince you to order their stuff. Once they have your money they show their true side... I am very very very angry and plan on fighting this right to the attorney general and will smear this all over the internet.
