On 12/28 i saw this add on t.V. And tought it looked like
a product i could use... I called, it was a horrible experience
after they got my information, i wanted to ask a question
thought at some point i would have the opportunity to talk
to a human... It just kept going on and on, i missed my whole t.V.
Show, finally i yelled into the recording, i want to cancel. I want
to cancel... I didn't remember the name of the company so i couldn't
get intouch with them... The product was advertised for $19.99
plus shipping buy 1 get one free-they didn't cancel on 2/8/12
i was billed on my credit card and got the telephone number
and called to tell them that i had cancelled and they refused
saying it was just shipped out... I said i don't want it
they also billed me $40 for shipping on a $19.99 product
they said cant cancel... I was telling them i would report them
to the attorney general, etc. They said refuse the package
and just pay for shipping $40 for nothing... I was livid then
the person said we will credit you $20 and when you send it
back another $20 so i said i have to pay you $20 for nothing
i am so frustrated... I will never order off the t.V. Again
to not be able to cancel or be told of the exhorbident shipping
charged is wrong blah blah blah
