Fraudulent Billing Texas

AOL is a complete fraud. I have been using their internet service for a couple of years and they are constantly trying to sell you something else.
They tried to sell me CreditAlert and NetMarket and I declined both. I received things and was billed anyway. I called to let them know about these errors and was assured it was taken care of and I would get a refund.
I never got a refund so I called again and they didn't even have record of the cancellation numbers they gave me. Then they said it was going to take 10-15 business days to get the money back. I still didn't get the refund so I had to call a third time. Mind you, each and every time I called they were constantly trying to sell me on this stuff. One person even asked if I was an American!!! And proceeded to tell me that we need this because blah blah blah. After continually refusing and telling them I didn't have 10-15 days because my account was going to be overdrawn they said I could fax a complaint!!!
Then wouldn't give me the phone number to speak to anyone else. I can't cancel my bank card because I have too many other things attached to it. I know other people this has happened to and am thinking about filing a class action suit. If there are other who are interested please email me.
Thanks!
