I bought a purse they give me 50% off but then when i got my little purse for $19.95 it smell so bag and i have to leave it in my garage for a month for the smell go away. I was not happy with the product. On the next month, i see IBI*JUSTFAB.com appeared on my credit statment with a charge of $39.95 i didnot buy anything else so i call them and ask about it. They said they will be automactic charge my money for every month. I ask them to refund me the money, a lady name Jessica, she told me no we never refund $39.95 to anyone. Blah blah blah... Then i ask her to cancel my account and remove my cedit card. And she said she will cancel. However, on the next month i see a charged for $39.95 again i call justfab immediately and ask they why did not cancel and continue charge me. The lady name jessica again said i was not told her to cancel. I said i remember her she was the one i speak to last time. And the she said she does not care and i will continue get charged for $39.95 a month... Blah blah blah... Justfab must be reponsible the fraud and refund me the money. I will support for the lawsuite
