I filed a complaint 4 weeks to the day ago about lost GLU credits. Since the initial "CANNED" response of "this may take several days to respond and resolve", I have heard ZIP, ZERO, NADA!!! I have sent 3 other emails requesting some response since the 3rd. STILL NONE!!! I guess they don't have any customer service...
