Ignoring customer service mediation

On 10-10-07 I purchased Gutter Guard installation from Cravin Bros. Iasked if they would provided service if need in the future and he replied, yes. They advertise a ten year warranty for parts and labor.
In mid June of there was storm damage to my gutters. I called and spoke to Craig Cravin and he said he would contact me in three weeks, he did not contact me. I sent several emails to Cravin (Building Pros website). The response emails were always just a repetition of how my emails read. I then filed a complaint with the Minnesota Better Business Bureau which got no response from the Cravins. I also filed a online Consumer Complaint against the Cravins, again, no response. It is now more then two months, and there has been no attempt by the Cravins to accept mediation to resolve my complaint.
