I ordered direct tv and my girlfriend call for me, they took all my information through her and never asked to speak to me and no one told us we were entering a two year contract. Six months later i could no longer continue paying tried to get them to lower the price since every month it got higher finally i just cancelled the service. Two months later they sent us a box to return their equipment and we did this. Two weeks later they took $400 out of my girlfriends account without notification. We tried to make arrangements but they would not help us.
