Bank Of America Has Kept My Prepaid Taxes / I Refinanced and they are keeping my refund

I refinanced and bank of america had me negative in my escrow account.
I never missed a payment my high credit score and print out from them and my statement proves that. My taxes for school were paid from august to may and in my house payment plus a cushioning of 8.25 for 21 months was paid and all i recieved was 200.00 instead of 13,000 or more due to me. I had to refinance because i saw the were keeping my taxes that would have been due in August of this year of 1600 for school and my escrow account read negative " 38.00'. I want my money back.
This came out of my disability check. I just pre-paid taxes again and i want my refund
