Taxes not paid, sent me fraudulent documents, forclosure procedings

I recieved a mortgage from WMC, Fairbanks capitol, also set up an escrow account for taxes and ins.in 1997.
Four years later I recieved a letterfrom the local tax auditor stating that my taxes had not been paid and forclosure procedings were being implimented. I contacted the "customer service manager, Barbara Williams, 2 or 3 times for 4 days in a row.

She told me that they had 10 days to research and would send me a letter explaining the problem. I told her that i would be foreclosed upon before the ten days were up. She immediatly yelled at me to stop calling.
When the deadlin came the tax lady called and said they had sent payment. All was well, or so I thought.

Six months later I recieved a letter from Fairbanks stating that a "Special tax assesment had been added to my account and that I would have to pay them $3600 to pay them back for paying my taxes.!!!
When I inquired about this I was informed that Fairbanks had bouhgt my mortgage the day of forclosure, paid late taxes so I wouldn't lose my house, and now I had to pay them back.

When I inquired about the escrow payments for the last four years they "had no I dea what I was talking about and could't (or Wouldn't) give me the name of the person they spoke to regarding the purchase of my loan.
I did not even recieve a notice of sale of the loan.
Odly enough both companys have the same name, WMC.
I have since been refinanced to a company that seems ok.
But it donned on me that with my refinance I have paid the taxes twice!!!

Once through escrow and again with my refi. Wild. I am screaming FRAUD. I have all paperwork pertaining to my case and am willing to file allong with everyone else. I am glad to finally find some people that I can stand up with.
