Efinanced mortgage 4/16/10.1st pmt 6/1/10 summer property taxes paid 8/4/10, settlement statement confirms sufficient monies collected for taxes, however BOA entered an incorrect negative aggregate adjustment which i didn't know until today wiped out our escrows as if they weren't collected now, escrow balance -700.00 needless to say winter taxes due in dec will even be more in the hole. I guess if I don't make our payments maybe someone will listen because nobody is listening now.
