I ordered the product on May 21 once I recieved it I called and cancelled. I was told I need to try it for 16 days before I could cancel it. I repeated myself... I am cancelling future shipment.
On June 10 I email Nue Science and cancel just to be on the safe side. Guess what... I was charged 98.16 on June 12. I called and was told some wild story about their cancellation period. I let them know I hadn't used it because I wanted my dermatologist to let me know if it was safe for me to use.
Asked for a supervisor who gave me the code to use for returning the product. I also, let her know I filed a claim with my bank for unauthorize use of my card.
Hopefully, I will get my money BACK. If not my bank will take action!
