It took over a week for the trial product to arrive. I had it for 5 days and Nue Science charged me $98.16. The T&C states a 16 day trial period. Even if I went back to the date of purchase it was only 11 days when they charged my account. I called to request a refund and a full 16 day trial period. I was told NO & NO. I requested a manager and got the exact same response. At lease I know they can read. They have the same script in front of them. The product may be excellent, however I did not sign up for a 5 day trial period. I have cancelled my account. Of course no refund, and after I demanded the account closed, the manager tried to sell me future orders at a discounted price. Seriously... I am waiting for my confirm email and I have me cancellation code number. If I get billed again, or more product, I am taking action thru my bank.
