Unauthorized account withdrawl

As soon as i recieved my package from mineral simplicity - i called and got on thier automated line to cancel the order - i sent them a fax as well - thinking all was well - until i checked my bank account and they had withdrew 127.00 - holy cow! When i called them the gal informed me that i was supposed to send back the product w / the confermation provided on the e-mail? That i did not know i was to recieve - and have yet to find - after showing my ass on the phone the gal promised to send me an e-mail w / all the information i would need to return the product and get my refund - well - it has been 24 hrs and two phone calls lator and no e-mail... My bank accout is down to 13.00
