Customer service # 1-800-895-2698 I also ordered Nue Science trial on June 1st, cancelled on June 4, received cancellation # from Harlan #433. On June 14th, I called just to check on the cancellation and my account was still active. Talked to someone by the number 396. He was trying to convince me not to cancel, then he said that I would have to pay for it anyway, since I received it already, and that I got the full size trial, I told him NO WAY was I going to pay for it, send me to your supervisor. WOW guess who got on the phone... Harlan #433. (The Supervisor) He said he remembered me and that of course it was cancelled, that he himself cancelled it, but that I would still be charged because I didn't return the product. The terms and s - doesn't say anything about returning the item after cancellation. He said I had until June 28th to return. Well I didn't believe him so I returned it before the 16th day. With tracking, so we'll see.
