Never kept appointment

On June 11, they have scheduled the appointment from 8 till 12. At 12:15 I called them to ask where they are and they said that technician got sick and they will not make it. I have rescheduled to June 13 from 8-12. They called to confirm on June12. On June 13 I called at 8:30 to make sure that nothing goes wrong this time and... They said that the appointment is now from 1 to 5. I demanded to talk to supervisor and they hung up on me

This is unreal. Do these people ever show up?
