A & E is the worst company I have ever tried to do business with. When my Whirlpool washing machine broke, I scheduled a service call. The technician came out and told he he did not have the parts to fix the machine but would order them. The parts finally arrived 2 weeks later and when I tried to schedule another appointment I had to wait 3 more days. I received a confirmation call the day before the appointment, which was set for 1:00-5:00. At 3:30 I called A&E and was told the technician would be there. Well guess what, he never showed. When I called A&E they told me the technician went home for the day and I could have an appointment 5 days later. I tried on 2 different occasions to speak to a supervisor but they kept me on hold 20 minutes the first time and the second time they said the supervisor was too busy to talk to me.
