NO CONTACT Wrote letter of dispute 1 day after recieving a collections" notice. Never ever heard back from this collections agency! But yet the: bill is now on all 3 credit reports ruining my credit

Recieved a collections notice for over $5000 from AMA.

It stated for meif I wanted to dispute the validity of this bill to contact them in writing within 30 days of reciept of letter.

I did within a couple of days. I never NEVER heard back from this company, even after repeated telephone calls NOTHING! (Been going on Since August) Now this bogus bullcrap bill shows on all 3 credit reports, and has runied my credit. Did not ever owe this in the beginning. I have contacted Florida's Attorney General, and still cannot get this remedied!
