First National Collection Bureau / MedClr, sent to a collections agency for services not rendered

I recieved a collections notice for the amount of $455.00 for my wife, brandy. I asked her what this is for, and she has no idea what they are wanting $455.00 for. She does not recall the services. I checked the creditor so that i may call them and get a confirmation on the bill and came across all the fruad reports on meclr, inc. So i am filing this fraud report due to my wife getting the collections notice for services that were not performed. Thank you.
