BofA fraud alert, debit cards, banking institution

BankofAmerica over the past 3 years have shut off my personal debit card under the guise' of offering fraud security' for me. Each time they do this - it is on Friday and I cannot contact them until Monday their time to ask to have it turned on. There has never been a fraud and my debit card remains always with a large deposited balance. They have turned this card off leaving me without money in Iraq, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Asia, India, Dubai, Abudabe, Mexico, USA varies locations and other places as well. When they turn the card off in some of these countries -it becomes a very large security issue for me being stranded in those third world locations with no access to funds for airline tickets, hotels, meals etc... I always tell them when I go out of country and when I return. There is really no reason for this harassment.

This is the worst bank I know - I am changing to a saving and loan where at least I get interest for my high deposit balance -something that BofA does not offer.
