Lied about taking BofA debit cards & took money from a nonauthorized account

When beginning with Triad I started with one bank. Soon it was closed. The company was told of this and that they were not to use the account any more. Triad continued to do so. They even tried to use another name to take money out of the old account.
Then a BofA debit card was used. Many months went by before we were told that Triad does not take BofA cards. When asked what happened to the money from the account no one knew. We were told that the accounht was past due. I was hung up on serveal times and told that we both were lying about what had occured. I even told them I have a letter from the other bank backing me up.
When asked about the BofA money, my question was always turned to end up resulting in our falt.
