I got an e-mail from this company advertising their auction site. I went onto a page that had free auctions. I did not realise that by doing so they were using this as a form of contract. They asked me to print a copy of their contract and sign it and send it back, along with a photo copy of my photo ID passport or driving license and a photo copy of the back and front of my bank or credit card, I decided that I was not willing to send this amount of personal details to this company via the post. I therefor thought that by not sending this information that I had not entered into any contract. I am furious that this company over 2 months have taken approx £120.00 from my credit card.
