Miscellaneous

Started on 9/1 when I won an auction on Ziinga.com for a Nokia mobile telephone. I paid £3.98 for the mobile telephone. The Ziinga receipt said it would take 3 weeks for the goods to be despatched. I haven't received the mobile phone. I emailed them on 15/1 to cease my membership of this Auction site. Then Ziinga took a further £59.99 from me on 17/1.
I have emailed Ziinga again on 7/2 to ask why I havent received the mobile telephone and received the following reply-
'Upon checking your account I had seen that you still did not provide us with the required documents for your Won auction product.

Due to Ziinga's one gift per household policy, users need to confirm their identity by sending the following documents as proof:

Scanned copy of Credit Card (front and back)
Scanned copy of valid ID (passport or driver's license)
Scanned copy of signed credit card form. Download and fill up the form from this link: http://www.ziinga.com/us/pages/creditcard_form

All required documents have to be submitted to info@ziinga.com.

Regards,
Joanne (Ziinga Customer support)'

I would never provide this documentation to anybody.

I am very upset & disgusted that this transaction has cost me £63.97 and with nothing to show for it & would welcome any assistance in recovering this money & closing this Auction Scam down.
Many thanks,
Julie
