Won a free coffe maker on free site and a week later when i returned from holiday they had taken this money from my account.
I contacted my bank and they said they would not make any further payments but could not reclaim and would have to do it myself.
This firm said i had to send
a. A scanned copy of my credit card (front and back)
b. Scanned copy of id driving license, passport.
C. Scanned copy of signed credit card form (downloade from their site.
I have seen lots of other people complaining about this firm.
