In Oct i bid in an auction for a telephone @$12.00. Won the auction but when they asked for me to provide a written contract and copy of my driving licence i decided not to continue with the transaction.
I then found deductions from my credit card of $119.99, $1.00 & $238.98. No papers were signed so as far as I am concerned NO contract was entered into. I have received no product and feel i should be refunded these payments.
