Miscellaneous

I purchased a new nissan maxima from (new name) Henderson Nissan in the auto mall. I paid about $30,000.00. The date of purchase was august
The car now has 38000 miles and iwas told by the dealer that the car now needs a new transmission. Icontacte nissan customer sevice (mr. William) and explained that the car was owned and driven by my self and my wife and both of us are seniors and take care of our car and maintain it on regular basis and the car was never involved in any mishap or accidets and unless the transmission is defctive it shouldve lasted at least 60000 miles as stibulated by the warrantee. Going through this bad exprience, ifound out that several other nissans transmissions needed replacement at low milages. Nissans customer services informed today and after ten days of waiting that they will do anything for us.
