Original owner of a 2006 Nissan Maxium. Experience a transmission slip, jerking, stalling at speeds on 60 mph. Call Nissan when I found that there have been many reports from consumers with the same problem. Nissan North America basically wrote me off stating "too bad for me." I am out of pocket $5,000.00 for a problem they knew about and did not disclose this information to me.
