Nissan Tire Replacement Conspiracy

My wife has leased several Nissans (two Altimas, one Maxima).
It never fails that, before the end of the lease, while doing routine maintenance, the Nissan dealer (three different dealers) finds that they need to replace "cut tires" or "bent rims".

My wife does not cause these damages, and drives only freeways and residential streets, not out-of-the-way or unpaved or rural or anything... So I find this "practice" common to multiple dealers somewhat "interesting".

If anyone else has noticed this pattern, please document — I think there's a class-action lawsuit here...
