Skype
Excellent service

I had gotten myself into this one... My wife went abroad for the holidays and we were concerned about how to contact each other, so whilst she was on the plane I purchased a skype online number (as we do not have a landline) and some skype credit. I thought this the best solution rather than racking up a big mobile/cell phone bill.

As soon as she got off the plane she bought a predaid wireless broadband USB without me knowing which gave her normal access to skype. I then thought I had wasted my money with skype and attempted to obtain a refund.

The people at skype were totally understanding and processed my request very quickly.in dealing with alot of companies over my time, obtaining refunds for services or products (unused) for which i have no longer needed has been a lot of trouble but skype were so understanding and provided me with a refund, very quickly also.

I will of course be purchasing products from skype whenever needed, for business and for personal use, from my dealings they are an excellent business to deal with and I highly recommend their services. They provide brilliant support and communicate with their customers very well.
