Charged me 58.00 for 8 gal of propane I didn't ask to be delivered. Removed my tank, which was full and paid for and charged me an additional 188.00

Company charged be 58 dollars to fill 8 gallons of propane when I didn't call or asked it to be serviced. I told them to remove the tank and they did and charged me $138.00. The tank was fuill and I had already paid for the gas left in the tank. They were unresponsive even when I went to the local consumer authorities.
