Ripoff mistreats customers

I want Amerigas to remove their propane tank. I have moved my business to Level propane their competitor. I have told them to remove it yet they do not. May 13th I told them I was charging them $25 a day to store their tank at my residence. It is June and they still haven't removed it. They sent what little was owed on my bill to a collection agency when They owe me hundreds for storing their tank. And they tell me they are coming tomorrow to drain the tank and credit me whenever I call. They never come.

I would advise anyone thinking of going with Amerigas to not even bother. I had been a customer for years and this is how they treat me. I just want the damn tank removed. Their prices are too high.

My brother got a brand new tank from them. The regulator was bad and they lost their entire tank. Amerigas billed them for coming out and for having an empty tank. Even though it was amerigas's faulty regulator that was on the tank.

Once again I just want that damn tank removed from my premises!
