I ordered a trail size bottle of HG Platinmun just to see what the fuss was about... Got the bottle tried it, thought no worries it was only£ 4.99
i got a further two bottles sent to me that i never ordered then a found a payment of £89.00 out of my account... I emailed them, called them to ask what the hell they where doing taking a un authorised payment out of my bank, couldn't get through very very angry, then a month later had another payment out of my bank of £89.00 out of my bank and a further bottle.

I want to get my money back, i dont know where to start i cant afford this going out of my bank as im a single parent
