I like many other saw the advert to get a free trial of Collagenta for just the postage of £2.95 so i went ahead? Do i wish i didnt the bottle arrived full size at the time i didnt know it was! Used it once if maybe a little more. Didnt realise they had taken £97.82 from my account 28th May. On the 26th of June another bottle arrived that i hadnt ordered? So my husband told me to check my bank account i found they had taken the payment in May and then a payment for £67.33 the day i actually received the second bottle? Cancelled the card at the bank put a block on them so they can not take out any more money? Also stopped auto delivery with them that i didnt even know i had? I then got an address to return the bottles as i thought for a full refund but guess what no full refund. They will only refund the £67.33 not the £97.82 email after email girl after girl and they still say no as i kept the bottle over the 30 days even though no info to return if i wanted to no details at all??
I need help has anyone else managed to get any money back and how?
