I wanted the trial offer. I rec'd one bottle. After a time I rec'd another bottle. I looked at my credit card statement, I had been charged:
89.95 and 99.90 on 9/15. I contacted HCG, they gave me reasons why I could not get a refund then I called my bank to dispute these charges. I mailed the second bottle back. I called HCG and they told me if I drop the dispute through my bank they would give me a refund. Unfortunately that is what I did. I waited and I then rec'd another bottle on 10/8. I called HCG and they said the refund takes 30 days. I mailed the third bottle back.
No one answers the phone any longer. Thankfully my back is allowing me to dispute the 3rd bottle. I can not dispute the first two any longer. I put a stop payment on this account, didn't know I had to until I got the 3rd bottle. With Shipping and bank chrgs my free trial offer has cost me over $300.
