12/31/09 Recently Colnx advertised on the Internet a free trial offer of the Colnx cleanser vitamin product for $3.00 and $. 95 cents handling. Celebrities were in the advertisement and it was associated with another vitamin by PharmaLabs with the ACAI vitamin product. You take both, but, order both from their respective companies.
No where in the ad did it say how much the vitamin product costs if you want to order it and no where in the ad did it say I had to cancel within a certain # of days, otherwise I would be charged $89.89 per bottle or per month.
As soon as I received the Trial bottle, I immediately receive another bottle - I thought this was strange since I just ordered and agreed to pay for the initial bottle. I thought it was a mistake, they sent 2 bottles.
Last Saturday, when checking my account, at the bank, I discovered Colnx had charged my account $89.89 on 11/27/09 for a product called Immune Power Plus, which I never ordered or have any idea what this is? Then, on 12/24/09, they charged my account another $89.89 for something called Urgega Menopause, which I never ordered or have any idea what this is?
They are outright stealing money from my account which I did not authorize or order any item or product for this money. I presume they are hoping consumers do not check their accounts and realize what is happening.
I called to yell out the customer service staff and demand my money back for something I did not order or authorize. They told me I did not cancel my order and so I then agreed to this stealing of my money out of my account. They said they will refund 1 of the $89.89 charges when I send a bottle back. I had to cancel my card and mailed both bottles back, certified mail, and now waiting to receive the payment back into my account. Hopefully my bank will help and I am interested in helping any attorney who can fight this fraud for innocent consumers. It's disgusting what they are doing and think it's okay. Thank you.
