I ordered two bottles of skin cream at £3.00 per bottle paid with card. One bottle arrived two weeks previous the other being delivered today... On the front of the envelope a bill of £98.00 was printed, checked with bank £98 has been deducted from my account... I was greatly upset and shocked as this is something I could not afford being a single mum... Will the company be able to take further monies from my account and how could this happen as I had only authorised for 2 bottles total being £6.00. Very upset and shocked where do I go from here... Or do I have to put his down to a a bad experience and a lesson learned... Abeit an epensive one... Can someone explain to me how this happens... These people should be found and jailed this is FRAUD!!!
