I purchased excess wear & tear coverage from VW during my lease process. Once I turned in my lease and y vehicle was inspected on 2/8. I faxed in the paperwork provided to me by VW on 3/2. As per National Adjustment Bureau my claim is denied due to the missing inspection report from VW. VW said they faxed in the paperwork. Although they received my fax at no point did anyone contact to state that this paperwork was insufficient. I have spoken to VW and Lorenzo Hampton from the insurance company but this claim continues to be denied. I have never paid late or defaulted on payments for this excess wear & tear coverage and if I would have I am sure a call would have been made to me. No one has contacted me, I have had to be constantly writing and calling to attempt a resolution which never came.
