Red Carpet Lease - Ford lease

Extremely displeased with the handling of my Ford lease. I had been a truly loyal customer for over 20 years with trucks and cars for my wife and I. Got hit with $ 750.00 EXCESS wear and tear charges. Accepted the coffee stain on the seat, Balked at the supposed 5 inch gash that was on the roof, but I questioned the broken tail light (I just had the truck inspected and passed by the state of NY) and lastly, I doubted a 15 inch gash on the plastic on the tailgate protector (after all, isn't that the purpose?) I'm not looking for a free ride on the Excess wear and tear but a couple of the issues I question. I was not present when the truck was inspected nor was I given the opportunity to be present. I don't want to make it seem like sour grapes but I got out of the lease early and into another vehicle through GMC with a better deal. I did not have any issues with the other 4 leases I had with Ford, Why now? I will be looking elsewhere when my wifes vehicle is getting due to be up and my recommendations to others of Fords will end. I believe Ford will lose a loyal (albeit a small evidently) customer. Too bad
