The whole apartment lights have been out since 8:30pm no one has came to fix it!

The Westheimer Plaza apartments has been experiencing a power outage since 7:00pm and the time is now 6:00am no one has done anything about it! And Center point says that it's not their problem! I am really upset and I'm sure thousands of others are as well! Please send someone out here so that the world can see how messed up the apartment management team is here! Me and the rest of the apartment complex are still out of lights!!
